01Context

The situation

Every contractor site in the market says the same three things: quality, fast response, family-owned. AV's real advantage is that it reviews truss drawings, load calculations, and equipment locations before framing starts, so problems get solved on paper.

02Problem

What had to be true

Turn a technical, planning-first way of working into a site that a builder skims in thirty seconds and a homeowner understands without jargon.

03What we built

The work

Positioning and voice

A brand-voice guide and three positioning angles, with the planning-first angle chosen for builders and the comfort angle for homeowners.

An interactive hero

A custom-home photo where tapping switches the lights on. It says what the company does before a word is read.

Request a bid

A bid form with a combined electrical + HVAC incentive, routed by email, with a four-phase process page that sets expectations.

Local SEO foundations

Service pages, a projects gallery, schema, sitemap, and a careers page for a company that is always hiring.

04Decisions

Calls we made, and why

No stock photos of handshakesDocumentary photography of real work and a video hero, compressed hard so the page still loads in about a second on a phone.
Say the mechanismThe headline is the process ('we solve problems on paper so they don't show up on site'), because a mechanism is harder to copy than an adjective.
