VectorUX
VX / Process

Discover, design, build, launch, run.

Every Vector UX project runs the same five steps: a free 30-minute discovery call that ends with a scenario and a price range; a clickable prototype you approve before code; a build with weekly demos and a staging link from week one; a launch with QA, a Lighthouse 100 target, documentation, and training; and a Care plan or retainer after. One point of contact, replies within one business day.

0130 minutes, free

Discover

A 30-minute call. You describe the work; we ask about volume, tools, and where time goes. You leave with a scenario and a price range. For software, an optional paid discovery maps the workflow and prototypes the fix; it credits to the build.

You get
  • A scenario and a price range
  • A written summary the next business day
  • A yes or a no from us
021–2 weeks

Design

A clickable prototype you approve before any code is written. Turns come back in 2–3 business days. For websites, this is the full design; for software, every screen the team will use.

You get
  • A prototype you can click through
  • The sitemap or screen map
  • Copy drafts
032–10 weeks

Build

Weekly demos and a staging link from week one. We build in Next.js on Vercel with tests, and we use AI for the typing so the weeks go to the decisions.

You get
  • A staging link that updates weekly
  • A demo every week
  • Tests on anything that moves money or data
041 week

Launch

QA on real devices, Lighthouse 100 on performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO, an accessibility check, handoff documentation, and a recorded training session for your team.

You get
  • A launch checklist, signed off together
  • Documentation and a recorded training
  • Google and Bing submissions

Run

30 days of support are included. After that, the Care plan ($95/mo) keeps a site running, or a retainer keeps software growing. Changes come back in 2–3 business days.

You get
  • Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring
  • Small changes in 2–3 business days
  • A quarterly review of what to improve
What we need from you
  • One decision-maker who can approve in 2 business days
  • Your logo, photos, and any brand rules you have
  • Access to accounts we will connect (domain, Stripe, QuickBooks, CRM)
  • An hour for an interview, or your existing copy
  • For software: a walkthrough of how the work happens today
