Privacy policy

This site is operated by Vector UX LLC (“we”). We collect as little as we can and say what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into the project brief, the estimator, and the audit tool, including your name and email when you give them.
• Anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) through Vercel Analytics and, when configured, Google Analytics. No advertising cookies.
• Server logs with IP address and request details, kept for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare a scope or an estimate, and send you what you asked for.
• To run the AI features on this site. Your inputs are sent to our model provider (Anthropic) for the request only, under terms that exclude training on your data.
• To keep the site working and stop abuse.

Retention

Inputs to the AI features are deleted from our tools after 30 days. Briefs and estimates you asked us to email become normal correspondence and are kept as long as we work together or you ask us to delete them. Analytics are aggregate.

Sharing

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI requests), and, when we use it, GoHighLevel (contact records). No data is sold.
